This Agreement becomes effective upon your initial use of the StartupFast application.
3. Unlimited Access Software License with Termination Rights The StartupFast Software License offers users unrestricted and perpetual access to its comprehensive functionalities through a single purchase. Tailored for independent creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, StartupFast empowers users to craft compelling web pages and online portfolios. This license provides a straightforward and flexible arrangement, exempting users from recurring fees or subscriptions. However, it's important to note that the licensor retains the right to terminate the license without conditions or prerequisites. This termination provision allows the licensor to maintain control over software distribution and utilization. Opting for the StartupFast Software License grants users the benefits of the software while acknowledging the StartupFast's unrestricted termination rights, ensuring adaptability in unforeseen circumstances.
4. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, the StartupFast boilerplate cannot be refunded or exchanged once access is granted.
5. Disclaimer
StartupFast does not guarantee that it will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement are excluded and disclaimed to the extent permitted under applicable law. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
StartupFast provides no warranty, guarantee, or other term regarding the quality or fitness for purpose of the software. StartupFast shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims arising out of or in connection with the provision of any goods or services. StartupFast shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, in the event that StartupFast is deemed liable for breach of this Agreement, StartupFast's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services or software. You hereby release StartupFast from any obligations, liabilities, and claims exceeding this limitation.
7. Responsibilities
StartupFast is not responsible for the user's actions with user-generated content.
